Cauliflower Crust Pizza

1 head of organic cauliflower, (stalk removed) will be about 1-2 cups once grated into fine cauliflower texture depending on size of your cauliflower.


1/4 cup grated Parmesan (Add in mixing bowl)

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella (topping for pizza)

Tablespoon of goat cheese (Add in mixing bowl) Optional


Optional is for spices as you can use to your preference

1 teaspoon dried oregano (optional)

1/2-teaspoon sea salt or kosher (Add when steaming cauliflower on stove top)

1/4-teaspoon garlic powder, or 2 cloves garlic or finely chopped onions (Optional)

1/4 cup basil (optional)

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, crushed (optional)

1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper (add to mixing bowl)

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper (optional)

Additional ingredients

1-2 eggs, lightly beaten (add to mixing bowl)

1/2 cup tomato sauce, homemade or store bought organic tomato sauce

1 cup grape tomatoes, sliced in half or sun dried tomatoes (optional)

Any additional toppings you want to add for a pizza creation you love!



Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Break the cauliflower into small pieces to be able to pulse in a food processor until fine. Steam on stove-top in about 1 cup of boiling (spring or filtered) water for five to six minutes. Add pinches of salt during this process.

Strain steamed cauliflower in strainer then let cool off for a few minutes before putting into cheese cloth. Squeeze out as much water and moisuture as possible again. (Very Important step)

In a bowl, combine the cauliflower with your choice of cheese, but finely grated parmesan, and/or goat cheese are best for dough like texture. Then add your choice spices now: oregano, garlic powder, onion powered, basil, pepper, cayenne pepper, etc. and 1-2 eggs. Transfer to the center of the baking sheet and spread into a circle, resembling a pizza crust. Bake for 30-40 minutes depending on the thickness of your crust. I tend to bake it closer to 40 min.

Take your pizza pie out of oven and create the pizza you love with your desired toppings. First spread on your tomato sauce, then your choice of cheese, (Mozzarella, cheddar, parmesan are all great choices).

Add any desired toppings (proteins, vegetables. Bake an additional 10 minutes at 450 degrees F. In the demonstration I used, sun dried tomatoes, goat cheese and mozzarella for my final toppings in video example.
